Vigilant - Newsletter"The Vigilant" is the official Newsletter of the RWAR Association and is published in hard copy and posted to all financial members of the Association four times per year. At the present time only about 65% of our members are on email and downloading the Vigilant from the website may be a problem depending on content. Accordingly, every member will receive a hard copy of each edition of "The Vigilant".
Special "Electronic Vigilant" notices will be sent by email and posted on this website when short notice requires speedy notification for special reasons.
We always welcome contributions of copy on any subject, for inclusion in "The Vigilant" and can be sent via the contact section of the website.
